Terms & Conditions

1. YOUR AGREEMENT WITH FELGUERES TRAVEL GROUP By using our services, you are signifying your agreement with the following terms and conditions, on behalf of yourself and all members of your traveling party.

  1. PLEASE CHECK YOUR DOCUMENTS Please check your documents when you receive them. You agree to review your itinerary and other travel documents for accuracy and to inform us promptly of any issues. The names on your documents must match your government-issued ID. Call us immediately if you have any questions.

  2. AGENT FOR SUPPLIERS Felgueres Travel Group, LLC and its independent travel advisors (collectively “we” or “us”) act solely as sales agents for any airline, hotel, car rental company, tour operator, cruise line, or other service provider named in your itinerary (“Suppliers”). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of the Suppliers or their failure to adhere to schedules, provide services, issue refunds, honor credits, or for any financial default. Supplier terms and conditions, including cancellation and refund policies, will govern your rights.

  3. RISKS OF TRAVEL We assume no responsibility for and shall not be liable for the acts or omissions of parties not under our control, including but not limited to acts of God, unsafe conditions, terrorism, pandemics, illness, weather hazards, or governmental restrictions. We do not guarantee that any service is suitable for travelers with disabilities. We will make reasonable efforts, at your request, to seek accessible accommodations or services, but cannot guarantee Supplier compliance and shall not be liable for their failure to accommodate.

  4. CHECK-IN Domestic flights: Arrive 1‒1.5 hours before departure. International flights: Arrive 2‒3 hours before departure. Failure to arrive within airline time limits may result in denied boarding.

  5. PROOF OF IDENTITY All passengers must present government-issued photo identification. As of May 7, 2025, all U.S. travelers must present REAL ID-compliant identification or an acceptable alternative (e.g., U.S. passport).

  6. PASSPORTS AND VISAS You are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents (passport, visas, vaccinations). Many countries require passports valid for six months beyond entry. Some restrict entry based on criminal convictions or require parental consent for minors. Call us if you need assistance.

  7. EXCURSION AND PROMOTIONAL FARES Most discount fares involve certain restrictions. A change in carrier(s), flight(s), time(s) or routing(s) could result in a carrier demanding a full fare. Obtain agency or airline assistance before making changes.

  8. TIMES, FLIGHTS AND FARES Times, flights and fares are based on current tariffs that are subject to change without notice.

  9. PRICE INCREASES Travel arrangements involving air or cruise components may be subject to Supplier or government price increases after booking. By booking, you consent to such increases. We will notify you in writing (email) before charging your payment method for any increase.

  10. PRICE DROPS If a Supplier drops the price of a trip after booking, we will try to assist you with rebooking if the Supplier allows it, and a fee may apply. We do not guarantee any refunds or successful rebooking.

  11. LOWEST FARES We endeavor to secure the lowest possible fare, suitable for your travel requirements, based on space available at the time of booking, accessible sources of information, and knowledge of agents involved. However, we cannot guarantee that the fare indicated on the ticket will be the lowest fare available at the departure date.

  12. TOUR, CRUISE AND PACKAGE PRICES Tour, cruise and package prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, tariff changes or increases in operational costs. Group tours/packages are based on a minimum number of passengers traveling; if the number falls below required minimum, surcharges may apply.

  13. RESERVATION RULE VIOLATIONS You agree not to purchase a ticket containing segments you will not be using (hidden-city, back-to-back, or point-beyond tickets). Airlines may cancel the remainder of your ticket or confiscate frequent flyer points. You agree to indemnify us against airline claims for the difference between the full fare and the ticket purchased.

  14. CREDIT CARD MERCHANT If Felgueres Travel Group processes your credit card transaction, note that our services consist of counseling, facilitating sales, and paying the Supplier. If a Supplier fails to provide service, your recourse is against the Supplier. You agree to first contact us directly to attempt resolution before initiating any credit card chargeback. Nothing herein waives your rights under applicable U.S. law or card network rules.

  15. IF YOUR PLANS CHANGE EN-ROUTE If your plans change en-route, check with your travel agent or airline carrier for charges, changes and applicable fees.

  16. OVERBOOKING Airline flights may be overbooked. A person denied boarding on a flight may be entitled to a compensatory payment. Rules for denied boarding compensation are available at all ticket counters.

  17. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS We reserve the right to charge processing fees for cancellations, refunds, or re bookings. All Supplier policies apply. Failure to comply with Supplier policies may result in loss of funds.

  18. HOTELS Hotels are usually confirmed on a guaranteed payment basis. If you cancel or change plans, notify the hotel within the time specified. Rules vary by property.

  19. TRAVEL INSURANCE We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Coverage, exclusions, and claim rights are governed by the policy terms. We are not responsible for evaluating adequacy of coverage or for insurer claim denials.

  20. SUPPLIER BANKRUPTCY If a Supplier declares bankruptcy, we cannot guarantee services or refunds. Travel insurance may provide coverage.

  21. REFUND IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION (California Law) If a Supplier cancels your trip through no fault of your own, all sums paid to us for services not provided will be promptly refunded, unless you direct us otherwise in writing.

  22. TRAVEL CONSUMER RESTITUTION FUND (TCRF) DISCLOSURES If you reside in California, this transaction may be covered by the California TCRF. See www.tcrcinfo.org for claim forms and details.

  23. TRUST ACCOUNT Felgueres Travel Group, LLC maintains a California trust account in compliance with state law.

  24. FORCE MAJEURE We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, acts of war, terrorism, government actions, supplier defaults, or technology failures.

  25. CLAIMS DEADLINE, GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION Any claims against us must be presented in writing within six (6) months after your trip ends. Any lawsuit must be filed within two (2) years of the incident giving rise to the claim. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. You agree that courts located in San Diego County, California shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

  26. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS You consent to receive all communications from us electronically, including agreements, disclosures, and notices. Acceptance via email, website, or electronic signature has the same legal effect as a signed written document.
